Every since Samsung discontinued the data migration tool and rolled the disk clone feature into Samsung Magician, they've dropped support for various old drives. Previously you could clone them to a Samsung SSD, now they just show as unsupported.
So it's back to Macrium Reflect. The free version is still avail here:

The free version actually has a lot of features, but you have to dig around to use them. For example, ignoring bad sectors (CRC errors) when imaging a drive:
