It's outrageous 1.65 million price is off the market now I noticed.
Did 105 Bottlebrush ever sell at auction?

Hmm...They bought it for around a million, but owe about 1.25 million on it which happens to be their list price.
Talk about another 100% financing loan gone sour. Probably took money out to upgrade also.
Yet another bozo owner goes down the toilet. I love it! I think they deserve it personally.
They're nuts if someone is going to pay 1.25 million for it.
