At $279 you cannot build your own clone for less money. The GTX 1660 super should allow you to play BG3 and Cyberpunk 2077 at 1080p medium setting. Wish I saw this before blowing a bucket of money on my new Alienware PC.
Only upgrade needed is larger SSD. Be aware that as a refurb you need to examine carefully and return/exchange if something doesn't look/sound right.
