Thanks for the graph ipoplaya. My friend and I were perusing the new CS data yesterday and noticed the LA Region (includes OC) is at 166. It seems to be dropping about 5 points per month so based upon this by February 2010 the number should be at 101. I'm not sure how low this will go but my friend seems to think it will drop below 100 and over correct just like it did in its low in 1995 of ~75. Should be interesting on how this plays out!
