I used to love those hot fudge brownies and grilled cheese sandwiches. I would get a job there now if it meant I could relive my childhood.</blockquote>
Bob's Big Boy will be back. I saw a sign coming soon on Lake Ave in Pasadena,</blockquote>
I miss the big hug-able statues out front. I remember as a kid running up to hug Big Boy every time we visited and my parents taking pictures. I didn't know they are bringing it back. Thanks for the tip, Bk! (BTW, you can buy Bob's Big Boy salad dressing in the refrigerated produce section at most grocery stores.)

They better chain down the fiberglass statue. High school prangsters love to relocate this icon to their school gym roof before a homecoming game.</blockquote>
We pulled it off in the mid-80s at our SGV-area high school. It was stunning achievement.</blockquote>
Thank you validating my comment. Which high school was it?
San Gabriel, Mission, Del Mar, Temple City, Alhambra, Mark Keppel or Schurr?
