BHE Management manages a lot of communities in Irvine. I live in one of these communities, and it’s been super frustrating dealing with them. People give them 2 stars on Yelp. I’m surprised that they even got 2!!

Anyone lives in a BHE community here?
 
I think they used to manage Cypress Village but the residents complained and they fired BHE and replaced them.

They still manage some communities within Cypress Village
