attached condo vs semi detached condo

what are the advantages and disadvantages of attached condos.( single wall attached)?
we like Helena plan 3 in Eastwoood, but little scared of future problems.

Plan 2 is only garage attached. but the model is not as good as plan 3.

looking for some expert opinions.
