I met John Cho years ago through a mutual friend.  He was trying to get his singing career off the ground with his band, Left of Zed, and was doing a little acting on the side.  He had just wrapped up filming American Pie and tried to explain the movie to me, but being a modern-day Porky's, there's not much substance to it, and I came away thinking this poor guy's daytime career was sinking.  Who would ever have guessed he would be the one to firmly fasten the word "MILF" to the American lexicon?

he's one of my favorites because I think he can represent us better without much of the stereotypes.  Handsome, no accent..  rooting for him to find a good home show somewhere.
