I wonder if he knows he only made money because of a financial bubble?

I also wonder if he really believes his own BS or if he is content to make money on the speaking circuit?

He had his brother and his brothers wife working with him a while back, I guess they bailed, whaaaa happened?
 
I think my favorite disgusting episode was the one where they bought the rentals, fixed them up and resold one or two to the original renters and then couldn't sell the remaining so they sold them as a package for less each than the renters paid to a landlord. Yep, instant upside down.

And the coup de grace? they got the local housing assistance groups to pay for a party and got people to donate for a party promoting their company and the low income housing solution after sucking down a big healthy profit.
 
I watched an episode of his show.

They were flipping some property and he told his wife he wanted a professional photographer to take pictures of the property. The budget he gave her to make this happen? $0.

Some schlub did it anyway probably hoping they'd give him future business.
