I didn't mean to say you'd be "wasting your money." I just know that homes are overvalued right now. Bubbles unwind slowly and the denial stage is still in full-swing. I said I think you'll be overpaying for a home within the next 12-24 months. If you don't care about the resale value until 10 plus years then go ahead and buy now.
