Just curious if anyone on here owns any businesses in Irvine, particularly a food place.
A business partner and myself are thinking/planning a joint restaurant business in Irvine, targeting an area near UCI. I obviously have not done the major research as of yet and wanted to know some opinions first hand from a more experienced person.
How much is rent from the Irvine company? When are your major down times? How successful would you need to be to survive in Irvine? What else can you tell me?
