We are 4 very responsible college students looking for housing (2 bed/2 bath or 3 bed/2 bath) beginning this summer ready for move-in early to mid August (which is around the end of our current lease). The location MUST be near UCI and MUST also be convenient (LOTS OF PARKING IS REQUIRED). We have been living in a house this past year and so we can provide our landlord as a reference in good faith (we are moving out b/c of its far distance from UCI). We also have a reliable guarantor, good credit and we all hold steady jobs. It is also extremely important that the house/townhouse NOT BE OWNED BY THE IRVINE COMPANY since we have had a bad experience with carports and driving around looking for parking. Price range must be around $2000. Thank you for your time!
 
We are desperately looking for a lease in Irvine near UCI. We are looking for 3br/2ba ready for move-in ASAP! Hopefully those of you who were planning on selling their home is ready to enter the leasing market? :)
