What’s the best way to enable and give them allowance to spend? Especially when they go out with friends in a shopping mall for example. Apple Cash seems convenient but Apple Pay is not accepted every where. Just plain old cash? Is there a credit card that can set daily limit for authorized users?

With Amex, you can get an authorized user card and set a monthly limit. I don’t believe you can do a daily limit but definitely a monthly limit.

A lot of friends use greenlight. It involves a monthly fee though.
