I am not a lawyer, but I took a stab at drawing out what a living trust should like to protect yourself from frivilous lawsuits.



Inside the Living Trust you should have your personal residence, Stocks/Gold/Paper Investments, Personal Accounts and Savings, and Real Estate holdings for maximum protection.
