The current owner, a married man, purchased the property on 9/26/06 for $832,000 and financed 100% of the purchase (with a 80% first mortgage and a 20% second mortgage). The Notice of Trustee Sale was recorded on 6/22/09 and was scheduled to go to auction in Santa Ana on 7/14/09 (I'm assuming the auction date has been postponed).
 
I think trojanman mis-typed the year for the loan, it was in 06 not 08, and back then First Franklin still existed and did 100% financing. It was taken back by the bank on 7/14 for $620k.
 
I remember going to a bank-owned open house on that street last year that was nice but needed a lot of work. At first I thought this house was the same one and was bought by a flipper who had improved it, but I think the other house was 1 Mill creek
