How about... pricing a house soooo far away from what will actually MOVE in this market... then lowering the price $5,000 every few months! LOL!!!

I think everyone here on the IHB knows exactly why a house isn't moving the minute they see the post: The price, the condition, etc... funny most realtors can't see it!
