4000 Things To Say (give or take)...

In the tradition of the IHB forums.... although I must be slowing down, it took me longer to hit 4000 than 3000 (and we still haven't found another house).

Instead of 10 items... I'll do 1 for each thousand:

1000. I really like living in Irvine.
2000. I really dislike the prices and new floorplans in Irvine.
3000. While the public schools are good... they are not without their challenges.
4000. Thanks again to SoCal (and Mr. SoCal) and all you other posters (including the Princess and her bodyguard ) for the daily addiction and sounding board known as TalkIrvine.

My 150th. I will do one for every fifty.
1. Being a part of the Stepford community was a dream, but I still haven't mastered the art of carrying a LV bag to the local SBUX at 9 am after dropping the kids to school, and discussing the race to nowhere with fellow mommies. I can't bake cookies, cakes for school fund raising, nor can I attend PTA meetings.
2. I do know how to GASP in horror when we cross the OC border now.
3. Thanks to TI, and IHB then, I knew how to buy my house, how much to pay and where to refi. Now I know how to ensure the A+ forever through the Zen Bamboo recommendation yesterday!

It's fun, posting in Irvine about Irvine, and not saying hello to your neighbors. (No, I am just kidding. I know a lot of my neighbors- they have been of great help to me in the past month..I couldn't have asked for more).
