4 Bed, 3 Bath, No Garage Door

This is no joke. Someone I know had their garage door break and they need to replace the springs and whatnot and it's backordered for 4-6 months! They cannot use their garage at all...

They can't even manually open and close?  That sucks, guess it's now a converted office or hoarding space.

The door is incredibly heavy and it took 2 pretty big guys to lift it open to drive their car out.
