just came across this redfin listing for 31 early light:
"Just fell out of escrow!!..."

Amazingly, it has been relisted at the same price as in Aug -- four months later in a declining market??? If it didn't sell for 125+ days before, and the one buyer backed out, do you think you'd drop your price at this point
