Holy mackerel... that was fast.
At this pace I'll be at 10,000 by end of year.
So my 2000th post was this:

These are less about me and more about current thoughts:
1. Seems like TI is going as strong as ever, new posters starting new topics... I don't even have to post polls anymore.
2. Although it gets a bit snarky at times (and I wasn't even in the middle of them)... I'm glad the members here can slough it off and continue on.
3. Looks like Irvine new homes are softening... not going to be 50% off but it's a good sign. Now only if they could build homes that I like... resale still has a better products for what we're looking for.
4. While I knew the loss of the 3rd car garage was inevitable... I find it funny that we are also losing driveways and sidewalks... the horror.
5. Aliso Viejo is actually starting to come down, it was more stubborn than other South OC cities but no so much any more. On the other hand, Tustin Ranch is still stubborn... must be that lack of cell phone towers premium.
6. Rates are still low... sub 5%... they were supposed to be 8% or higher based on IHB predictions.
7. Speaking of, the IHB should change its name to the LVHB.
8. Still looking... but it's funny... every 6 months, our buy price goes lower. Used to think our next house would just be temporary, but now we're looking longer term... so that makes the parameters much harder to match. IR2 is very patient with us... thanks.
9. USC's post count-fu is inferior. I've already doubled him up and then some... slacker.
10. Props again to SoCal78 and Mr. SoCal... they are good landlords.
Maybe we'll be in another home by 4000 posts.
