$2700/hotel room in Buena Park

Good deal for the hotel owner.

$1.6 million for six months and 99 rooms.  That's $90/room a night for a six month commitment.

Since the County requested the pool and Jacuzzi be drained and they have additional $300/month fees per pet.  I'm making a wild guess but I'm assuming the county is also going to be on the hook for any damages...

Only risk would be condition of the rooms after the 6 months.  Though if you've been planning for a remodel in the near future, then near 100% occupancy for 6 months would be a great thing for business.
