1825 Port Wheeler CDM?

Does anyone know anything about 1825 Port Wheeler in CDM? I saw it mentioned on OC Register that it sold at a trustee sale for $705k. Can anyone confirm this?
 
Yup, sold on 4/14 bid up from $663k to $705k. Depending on the condition, then it could be a good deal and make about $100-$200k on it.

Any idea who bought it and if it is going to be listed? The current listings in that neighborhood are all wtf. We looked at a house soon to be listed in Harbor View homes last week with the listing realtard and he was pricing a 2500 sq ft fixer at 1.4 million. Nice neighborhood but give me a f'ing break.

I thought Harbor View would be showing more weakness by now. I suspect the foreclosure moratoriums may have had a lot to do with that.
