I hate those sort of employees that act like they are the owner.  They make bad decisions because they think it's better for the company when it's not.

Now, he might not be allowed to give a refund, but he still should be fired for the way he responded.  I can't imagine corporate seeing this video and allowing him to keep his job.

No signs of racism.  It's funny how people want to see racism so much that whenever 2 races have a difference they imply racism.
 
Agree with IHO. The customer is pulling the passive aggressive card but the employee use of profanity is unacceptable. If a customer pulls out a video camera, that should be a good hint it is time to shut up. The employee should be fired.
