I think she was trying to commit suicide. she saw that dump truck coming and thought what a quick way to go. crazy b*tch, omg! I mean she was watching the red light in front of her, she recognized stop which is why she was halted but then did she have a hallucination that it turned green? That LSD does some crazy things with the mind  ::)
