1031 exchange qualified intermediary

Hi. Did anyone use a 1031 exchange qualified intermediary and have good experience with it? Also, how much are the fees? Looking for recommendations. Thanks!

I used Debbie a couple years ago and back then it cost me $950 (for exchanging 1 property for 1 property). I would definitely use her again. She answered all of my questions promptly during the process.
 
Several of my clients have used Debbie at Exchange Resources with good success and a few have used Kayla at Leader1031 as well (see contact information below). I believe both are around the same pricing currently (around $1,000-$1,100 if I remember right).
