Holy moley... and it's over 10,000 because that doesn't count deleted threads and all my posts at the IHB.
1000. Glad to see so many new members. I guess when new homes get built in Irvine, new members join TI.
2000. Still miss the old IHB people... shout out to IPOP, Graphrix, Cayci, CK/PStar, Tmare, BK, NoVas, Skek, Vic and many others.
3000. Am very surprised how prices have rebounded in Irvine. While there is a whole other thread that justifies it, I still think Irvine homes have un-fundamental reasons for being priced as they are. Motorcourt SFRs hitting the $1m mark is crazy.
4000. I can probably sell my home for more now than during the last bubble peak.
5000. Unless there are new 3CWGs with family/dining/living, will probably stick with resale.
6000. Really am worried how congested the northeast area of Irvine is going to get.
7000. Is the Great Park going to be great?
8000. I hope I can still play basketball at 20k posts.
9000. I joined the IHB in 2008, 5 years ago. I wonder what Irvine and home prices will look like in 2018.
