I totally agree. Easy maintenance of wood flooring is as important as its beauty. I have Provenza old world castle grey throughout downstairs and it's been over a year I am pretty sure there are lots scratches and dents on my floors with runny kids and 2 dogs, but man.. they just don't show  ;D

As far as i heard, most of major brands of europian oaks(Siberian oaks) that builders carry like Provenza, du chateau, california classics, etc are CARB2 certified, which means very low or zero vocs. You might wanna check out their own websites for more details, but i really dont think these...

At Orchard Hills, I have seen this super mailboxes installed right in front of someone's front yard. What's your opinion on the location of this bulky mailboxes very close to your front yard?

Hmm.. That doesn't sound good at all. How the hell could they set MDF cabinet as "UPGRADE" over Wood cabinet, just because wood cabinet doesn't have white color option? They rip more profit off at people's preferences even thou the materials(MDF) are cheaper? That's a business ethic issue...

They charge $18k for 60" sub-zero fridge?? That so ridiculous. Most of high end fridge dealers charge $13k for the exact model plus $300-$500 for delivery and installation. Why 5K more? That sounds so O_C..

The analisys here in TI toward PS disadvantage has always been itchy to me, especially when compared to SG & PP. Come on people. Let's be realistic, logical, and smart. What is so that wrong with 0.8 mile more inland than SG and practically it's just across the street from PP? Hop on a car...
