    I like the location.  Closer to the coast so will be cooler and a straight shot down to Laguna Beach.  Those floor plans look really nice.  It'll be interesting to see what price the homes open at.

    Round Table is great.  I agree, the best among the national chains.  Locally, First Class Pizza beats Round Table. I don't like Costco's Pizza.  It's cheap and tastes that way.  Do love $1.50 hotdog/soda tho.  I miss the Choc dipped ice cream bar with crushed almonds.

    I would steer away from marble in the kitchen.  Just too easy to permanently stain.  White granite or quartz countertops can look stunning in the kitchen with the right cabinetry, splash and flooring.  Check out Pinterest or Houzz for ideas.

    Is that really all you have?  No lucid, comprehensible, well thought out comment on why the motorcourt at La Vita at Orchard Hills in Irvine isn't a stupid idea?  Your superiors at Brookfield will be so unhappy in your inability to defend La Vita.

    Whatever.  The motorcourt is a stupid idea no matter how much lipstick you paint on it.  Still waiting for a rebuttal on why the motorcourt doesn't suck.  And don't give me a half ass answer about kids being able to play in the motorcourt cuz they'll just hit the cars parked in it.
