Actually I'm surprised that the contract requires a 45 day rate lock. So does the 45 day requirement mean that you have to decide on which lender to go with 45 days before the close date? So sounds like most of you are using your own lenders?

She said that the homes for the new phase won't be ready (not built, sorry) till March 2011. It's also possible that they can't build fast enough. BTW, the next phase will be in the area where the models are.
