I have a question- suppose under the new rules the listing agents’ real estate firm shows you a house then you want to put offer on it. If you didn’t sign a buyers form- are you bound to that agency to put in offer?

Looking for one bedroom condo in Huntington Beach for family getaways- prices roughly 1 mill and hoa 5-700. I know u could get a lot more further away- 2 bedroom too much money for us. Is this a bad idea??? This would be across street from sand

Would appreciate advice. Thinking of buying condo in Oceanside much cheaper than Dana point Long Beach etc. 1-1.5 range still gets you water view. Is not a bad time? Do you think Oceanside will depreciate?
