I personally wouldn't recommend Great Park due to the outrageous Mello-Roos and toxic soil issue concerns as shown in the documentary below that a lot of Great Park residents and buyers are unaware of!

I agree, a lot of the homes in the new home communities in Irvine are being left vacant after they are bought up by the FCB's and some of the homes are not maintained while the owners are living overseas.
