The power lines have been there for awhile. The photo with the nursery in it is from 2011. It looks like they are replacing the wooden poles with steel. The old wooden poles definitely blended in better.

Looks like they upgraded the kitchen backsplash (~$2500) and the downstairs tile flooring (~$20,000). The rest is all standard.

The Redwood models at The Meadows open November 5th. It will be interesting to see how they decorate the Briar Elite model since it is essentially the same home they are building at Viewpoint in Montebello, CA called Spectrum...

I guess for those familiar with the area, the elevation of the former nursery site doesn't look much different. For those interested I would just stop by and see the area for yourself since they have 15 model homes open now.
