Hi Wes, seems construction is on track & moving along so far! Both phase 1 and phase 2 Cira move-in dates were right around target (give or take 10 days)! I also heard that some future Cira phases (6+) were moved up by months as a happy surprise :)

Anyone have the pricing on the 2's and 3's this last phase?

The apartment complex residents in Legacy are not zoned for legacy schools.  They do not pay into the melaroos that supports the schools so they must also apply to lottery into the schools, they are zoned for tustin high, etc.

Hmm interesting, we haven't been told they went up.  When we signed I'm pretty sure the included number was $160 - would think they should have updated us if it went up!  Happy to send you that info if you wanna give me your e-mail address :)

Definitely smart to ask re: the parking questions - we almost cancelled our contract as we were told all parking spaces were assigned to terra/luna and not for cira residents - which poses an issue for the courtyard facing Cira homes as there is no street to park on.  We didn't understand how...

I think more people will hear in phase 3/4 with no plan 3 Ciras being available - which after the 3Y is their most wanted plan on their list. 

I know a number of people who bought in Levity just to get into LMA, and Columbus Square homes sell extremely fast, with SFH almost never coming on the market.  Landing/Columbus Square/Levity/Greenwood are all zoned for Heritage and LMA, not sure why Tustin High still shows as their high school...

Yes from $12k-$45k for Cira depending on the plan.  The upgrades were the same this phase.

We were able to buy, just wasn't a location we wanted (there was only 1 home left when we got the call so didn't get to pick) but getting in early rather than getting exactly what we wanted prevailed.  I would love to refer you - just let me know how to do that!

As I mentioned - CIRA is sold out, besides a plan 1 as of 3pm.  Your e-mail states Terra and Luna sales take place tomorrow. 

This morning I assume, they didn't have any kind of formal notification of what day the calls would take place this phase.  We heard from them around 3pm.

Phase 2 Cira has already sold out - only a plan 1 left. 

Yup, they told me to expect $45-$55k per phase.  With a 2 year build-out will be interesting to see what happens with their pricing.

The whole process seems very cumbersome to me?  Why not ask people what homes they're interested in so they're not calling everyone for everything?  Seems like there could be a much easier/quicker way to do this - with more transparency on where you are on their list and what chances you have...

Got the call around 12, what about you USCTrojanCPA?  Yes, only the plan 1's were still available.  It sounds like even for next phase there might be a couple people ahead of us wanting 2/3's.  Does anyone know if they're prioritizing cash buyers? I know during the live web call they did at...
