One small detail that is nice about Fresco is 8' doors throughout. But both upstairs and downstairs are "only" 9' ceilings. PS is nice in that it has 10' ceilings downstairs, with 9' ceiling upstairs. I wish they had used 8' doors upstairs though. I guess each community has its own advantages...

South Coast Cabinet botched the cabinet installs on the last few phases at Fresco Eastwood so badly that I'm not surprised if IP is ditching them moving forward. That definitely sucks to not have consistent (tall) door heights throughout. Curious what the ceiling height and door heights are...

I'm closing on a new build soon. Do you guys recommend bringing in cleaners to wipe the place down from all of the construction dust, mopping the floors, vacuuming, etc.? Or is the builder responsible for doing a deep clean before handing you the keys? Any recommended cleaners to do this...

The single story houses in Eastwood (they all border the walking trail on the west side) have driveways, but they are very short driveways. They usually won't fit a car parked on the driveway without blocking the sidewalk. You can use Google Street View to look at other houses in this houses'...

There should be a Solar Exhibit in your contract, although I don't know how accurate that is. I don't think it says the manufacturer, but should show the # of panels and power output.

Any recommendations for which Water Softener or Conditioner products and installers to go with? Ideally someone who can also install an RO filter system at the kitchen sink. Thanks.
