Doesn't anything over a 10% increase in CA require a 90 day notice? When does your lease expire?

The safest place for a child to be is in the middle seat. We have two children and both our vehicles have two rows so unfortunately in our circumstance the seats are behind the driver and passenger. If I had three rows I would absolutely put one each in the middle of the 2nd and 3rd row.

Years ago when we moved into Stonegate I had AT&T and had very poor service. I've since switched to Verizon with no issues. Recently a family friend stayed over for the weekend and also had poor to no AT&T service the entire time so I guess there hasn't been any improvement.

Long time lurker but registered because this topic interests me. I live in Stonegate and can confirm some nights I definitely smell an odor in the air late at night when I'm walking the dog. I don't normally notice during the day. I'm not sure why it is stronger at night? edit: Above poster...
