I seem to be seing more homes being listed AND a lot of price reductions lately. Their is talk of a bubble as I'm sure most know....Do you think a home in Northpark would sell faster than a home at the Great Park or Porola Springs since it is Guard Gated, has 5 pools, tennis courts, lower HOA...

Hi! What are your thoughts on resale value in Northpark vs other newer villages in Irvine. You have the guard gats, 5 pools, tennis courts, etc...would this sell faster than a regular home at the Great Park, etc? Especially since HOA and taxes are less?
