When did you move-in to that apartment? Is your builder iPac as well?

Can we negotiate final purchase price before close of escrow? We did all upgrades with the builder. Can builder side lender help us in deciding final purchase price with the seller?

Yes, I agree there will be increase in price from phase to phase. But here, they increased $25k from phase 38 to 39 and again increased $10K after 4 days of releasing the initial price list.

Tried getting info from the sales office.  They just said its management decision to wait till next Monday. Initially sales people said they are going to pre-pone the release from March 10th to 3rd.  That did not happen. And the initial price list is sent out and was told they will be making...

Marin Phase 39 price change:

Marin said they are going to release on March 10th with one price and after 4 days added 10K to the original prices and changed release to March 12th.  Now they are saying they are going to call on March 19th.  What is their strategy?

What other upgrades do you guys prefer to go with builder?

Marin 2X is having driveway.
