    that is affirmative ,  it was 690 in the previous phase. residence 2 - 763k  - 700k previously residence 3  - 790k - 728k previously residence 3Z - 819k - 790k previously this is without any upgrades done, if am not mistaken.... They will say it's a premium lot, but the normal lots are 5k...

    ur right on , tristania phase 7 prices were announced last saturday. Guess what.. they increased home prices by 60k from the last phase on all their plans... 753k for an attached townhome on all sides 1554 sql ft... it made me wanna puke my guts out  :-\
