While the that may be the interior measurements, the actual opening is all cases are narrower.  In some newer homes, it?s more than 3 feet narrower. 

More of the new home have ?two car? garages that really don?t accommodate two average compact cars.  What is everyone?s thoughts on the value of such neighborhoods?  Seems to me lots of cars parked on driveway and street would be unattractive to buyers and therefore value or long term...

Toll.  We were not even notified for the silent bid.  On top of that the sales person Patricia Gilbert called me last week to tell me there was 4 people interested in same lot so she had to talk to manager and get back to me.  Offered to pay cash- guess that was not enough.  Never heard back...

The sales process here is the worst.  Many people including myself were interested in a lot in newly released phase of Alara.  Completed pre qual app and was never notified that they had a silent bid.  Horrible.

Yes there seems to be good foot traffic at Alara.  I do like it but not sure about resale value of the early phase homes as they are close to the street and water drain plus higher MR.  Waiting to see prices on lots 73-75 as they have larger lots with no back neighbors.  Also wondering what the...
