Five Point is doing an awesome job creating a different vibe in new homes in Irvine which is much needed. They put on awesome events and I like that they aren't afraid to take some chances. At least their neighborhoods are more unique and sometimes that becomes a hot commodity in the future...

Does anyone happen to know which builder is going in on the highest elevation of the non-gated side of OH? Do you think those views will be as good as the vistas? On the map they look like a similar elevation, with the possibility of some nice mountain and/or city views.

I wish they would bring in another builder because that location looks awesome.

They easily sold their plan 2 and 3 models and if I recall the front door also opened up to the back doors. Plan 1 has sliding doors and the other two had bifold doors so maybe that makes a difference. This model is an awesome deal IMO.
