    I just noticed that the Helena Plan 3 that says its approx 1714 is incorrect as I happen to see the building plan and it shows up as 1694. Thats 20 sq ft difference!

    One of the reasons I bought in Helena is because I feel that cypress village is too close to the freeway for me. So if you're thinking about new born with pollution and noise, Casserta isn't too far off from the 5 freeway.
