It is hard to find any information to compare between the brands.  I got quotes from multiple companies. Most of them are around same price point ($500) for single door of 36 x 90 size. I am debating between Phantom and Genius. Has anyone used Genius ?  Appreciate any feedback.

Thank you for sharing the details. Does the extra warranty worth it? manufacturer is providing 2 years of warranty. For additional 3 years, Bestbuy charges almost 500$ towards Geek squad warranty for refrigerator, washer and dryer.

Canned lights are expensive for Helena. Not sure whether it is same case for other communities like Petaluma. This is what we did. Added Switch separately and did pre-wire and tied the wiring to switch. Once you have switch and wiring, LED lights installation will be anywhere from 65$ to 85$...

Vista scena is selling model 2 (1750 sqft) for 785k. And it includes around 30k upgrades. In addition to upgrades, they are  offering backyard land scaping and also washer, dryer and refrigerator. So it would be another 12 to 15k on top of 30k upgrades. if we take out 45k , base price is coming...

I am in priority list and waiting for my turn. Looks like every phase they are increasing the price by 4k. And also they cut down on all upgrades they were offering in initial phases. Please advise if Helena is worth at these base prices.

I think release 5 site map is shared with just few buyers in priority list. I checked yesterday evening and they told me that they do not have any info on release 5 yet.

We experienced same with Helena sales team. They are rude and careless. They never had answers for any questions other current phase. Awful customer service. When compared, Petaluma sales team is much better and responsive.
