Can't we all just get along?

Called Orange County Mosquito and Vector Control and they're going to send someone out to take a look within 1-2 days.  I saw the pools of water in the undeveloped areas of dirt in the nearby areas.  Doesn't look like they're going to start developing the land anytime soon so I don't know whats...

Has anyone experienced any issues with mosquitos?  When we did our final walkthrough, there were several inside the house and a bunch just on the stucco along some of the walls on the outside.  Not a good feeling knowing that there are mosquitos everywhere and we are about to move in.

Can you all get together and get the mail going so that when I move in at the end of February I won't have any issues?  HAHAHA.  Sorry to hear all the complications but I am still really excited to move in soon!

If I have the option, I would actually prefer to go with Uverse.  I had it before and loved it.  The internet speeds are super fast and the reliability of the connection was awesome.  Bundle it up with their TV service and the packages are pretty well priced.

I am hoping this issued will be fixed by the time I move in.....What about other services like internet and TV?  I am looking into ATT Uverse and my address seems to work on their website for service.  Has anyone used Uverse?

I think it's in the binder with the rules and regulations.  I don't know how much they will enforce it though....

Anyone who has moved in started on their landscaping plans?  I want to put in small pool like they have in the models but wanted to know if anyone has any contractors in mind for that sort of thing?  Paperwork says the plans for the landscaping need to be submitted 90 days after moving in and...

Congratulations!  What street are you on?  If USPS doesn't have service yet, how are you getting your email?  Is it being held at the post office?  Any other issues that you have had to deal with since moving in?  I still have a little over a month to go before we close so I hope everything will...

Are you on the list for any of the future releases?  I was on the list before I was offered a lot that fell through but I was like number 76 on the list.  The next phase is supposed to be released sometime this month.

Has anyone here moved into Stafford yet?  We are set to close Feb 22nd on a Plan 2 and wanted to see if there are going to be any friendly neighbors....
