In regards to" HOA fees lowering in cost at buildout", I've heard from people (in other communities) that it is not guaranteed.  They were also told the same thing when they purchased...however, at buildout, the fees remained the same.  .....So I'm not sure if we can rely on that to be a fact.

Greetings!  I was hoping to pick everyone's brain regarding the Sheldon homes.  Specifically, it looks like the first phases are built near the Warner/Park corner.  Any thoughts on how loud the streets would be if we purchased in this initial phase?  Which lots (1-12) would be most affected by...
