We are close to purchasing at Hidden Canyon and were just curious what actual buyers here have spent on upgrades/options?  What about landscaping?  We are trying to get an idea of what the final cost might be.

I doubt it.  I'm in Lake Forest about 2 miles from HC and Cox told me it's not available and didn't have an ETA as to when it would be.

Along these same lines, what about UPS and FedEx deliveries?  Will they be able to get inside to make deliveries, or will packages have to be dropped off at the guard and picked up by the homeowner?
