Just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a swim instructor?  I tried Water works but its such a zoo in there and I am not a big fan.  I am willing to drive to other communities.  I know in the summer there are a lot of instructors that teach privately. Thanks

I think this area is zoned 25 MPH......and if the boy was wearing a helmet, how fast was the car going to hit the child to the point where he sustained fatal injuries?
