Will be interesting to see how these three homes with identical floor plans sell.  Was Iron Horse even lived in or just professionally staged to sell? It's nicely done, but with the smallest yard out of the three.  Copper Mine looks dark, but could be due to the furniture and picture quality.

What did the Plan 1 model sell for?  For those that missed out on the model, I would argue 60 Quarter Horse is better than the model and completely turnkey.  Are there other unsold Strada lots?

Talked to a few banks.  B of A is able to offer 3.375% for 30-year fixed jumbo refi with no points if you transfer $500K in assets over and keep it with them for at least 3 months.  You will have to incur the fees yourself though.  That's the lowest refi I was able to find thus far.

Please share if you are able to find someone offering 3.5%.  I am in a similar boat, looking to refi a 30-year fixed jumbo (currently at 3.75% from the purchase).  My LTV is in the low 60% range.

We put 30% down when we purchased the house last year, jumbo loan, excellent credit.  I would be willing to put more down if I can get a good rate.

Probably covered already in the thread... Based on the floor plans online, I don't see conservatory as a room option.  Does anyone know why?  Is it limited based on lot size and distance of conservatory wall to the property line?
