I agree.  Another boring, sardine packed TIC village.  These lot sizes are super tiny and super cramped-- TIC seems to get greedier with each village.  If Eastwood is not coming online until 2017, who knows what the market will be like.  Orchard Hills has an artificial feel of exclusiveness, so...

Just curious- we think that living by the orchards is a HUGE negative (pesticides, rodents, etc. etc.), so why do people here view it as a plus?  I think the Irvine Company uses it as some sort of marketing gimmick but when you think about it, it's not like you're living near a park or nature...

For us, OH has too many active orchards surrounding the developments-- mainly concerns re pesticides (we have young children).  We were mainly interested in the gated side (looking for something over 3,000 sq ft) - Some layouts worked for us, but didn't have 10ft ceilings, so we ruled them out...
