    Thank you! Think the gated side is too expensive, Strada will be one choice in OH, and Mendocino be another in SG. Liked Ridgewood for the lot size and floor plan and no MR, but concern on location for resale. The pricing is going up with almost every phase release!

    Want to buy at Sagewood, but hesitate when read this. Seems that the Affordable Income Housing is just next to Sagewood final phases. Any advices?
