For those willing to brave the crowds, Rita's is having a "grand opening" and serving free italian ice all day. Strange since they've been open a couple of weeks. This is OS territory, so keep an eye out for him.

They say "smart money" is already out of equities. The same people prdicted a market correction/crash last year, and I've since made another 25%. I'll continue to ride it out, but starting to look for exits. When are you calling the top?

I realize this is a "tallest midget" type question, but am getting getting tired of the same handful of places we always hit. Since we have three kids, our choices are limited (no high-end for us). Where do you all like to go with your kids for a quick/fairly quick meal?

I'm actually OK with a smaller yard.  But for resale considerations, I'm interested in what others would be willing to pay/sacrifce to get something bigger.

Considering bi-folds for new home.  They look great, IMO, but not sure how practical they are. Seeing TI posts about ants, wildlife and even black widows, I'm not sure how often I'll leave them open to enjoy the indoor/outdoor space. If you've got them, I'd appreciate any real world feedback.
